Kenya is an East African country located on the Indian Ocean. Its territory, which is larger than the largest European countries, stretches for hundreds of kilometers in various natural and climatic zones. Travelers will be able to see coral reefs here, literally striking with a riot of colors, and arid savannahs covered with shrubs and majestic baobabs.
In Kenya, right in the equatorial zone, you can meet never-melting glaciers lying on the tops of mountain peaks. There are also historical sights here – ancient Arab, Portuguese and Turkish fortresses, ancient abandoned cities swallowed up by the jungle, artsy mansions of the colonial era. But the main wealth of the country is its amazing nature: a significant part of Kenya is occupied by national parks and reserves.
