Once Austria was the center of a vast empire stretching from France to Russia and from the shores of the Baltic Sea to Turkey, thus it combines rich culinary traditions.
In fact, modern Austria shares borders with Italy, Hungary and Germany, among others, which have greatly influenced the cuisine of this country. The capital of Austria, Vienna, today claims to have its own cuisine, as if it were a separate state. In fact, this is only a small part of Austria, however, very densely populated.
